Have you ever forgotten how many rounds you completed during Tawaf around the holy Kaaba? The "Tawaf" application helps you track the number of completed rounds and informs you when your Tawaf is complete. The application uses a mix of sensors built-in within your smartphone like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and motion sensors to determine your location within the The Sacred Haram. The counter will increment until you reach 7 rounds, after that you will be informed of your Tawaf's completion. The application allows you to choose to share your usage data with the Innovation Center through secure servers for future analysis and understanding crowd flows around the holy Kaaba, and to provide statistical information on crowdedness levels. You should note that continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
